Our January 2002 meeting was a wonderful treat.
Davi showed us some signs he was working on.	Ernie had a beautiful inlaid box.

John Miller showed us a wonderful piece which he was given on a recent trip.	Wayne Baker has solved the problem of what to do with all those little pieces of wood that we can't use but are too pretty to throw out. Glue them up and make beautiful one of a kind cutting boards.

Then came our truly inspired guest speaker. Candace Knapp. Candace earned a Masters Degree in Art and found wood to be a much less expensive medium for sculpture than metal, glass, plastics, etc. Yet with her vision and talent, she has turned flat pieces of wood into some of the most beautiful and flowing creations. Candace is a true Master and was a great inspiration to us.
